FSB KEGS
We have continued testing and optimizing the cask in every detail. Good quality always shows up on the bottom line as a cask's cost efficiency is determined by storage, stability, easy of use and cleaning (hygiene).

Quality means reliability.
Each KEG delivered has been subjected to rigorous final tests including drop, burst pressure, leak and stacking pressure tests as well as visual and dimensional inspection. In addition, stability of volume ist checked by rigorous testing. The volume is measured with officially calibrated instruments.

The Bung:
Thread for for any current tap and safety system.

The Surface:
Pickled and passivated

The Specifications:
Material: # 1.4301 austenitic
CrNi steel to AISI 304. Resistant to standard industry cleaning agents

The Body:
Deep-drawn. Single plasma jet girth weld in contact with product. Optional stiffening ribs. Easy to clean rolling channels.
The Carrying Ring:
Exceptionally strong through cold forming. Type and calibration plates conforming to relevant specification. Name and indentification embossed to customer specification. Ergonomically shaped grips.

The Base Ring:
Cylindrical or stackable, exeptionally strong. Approval number embossed (ISPESL).

Quality Control:
Extremely rigorous dimensional, pressure and leak tests. Continual stability and burst testing.
 
The Technology
Body consisting of two deep drawn halves bonded together by a single girth weld. Optimum biological properties. The base and carrying rings are flush welded to the body for easy cleaning The inside wall remains perfectly smooth. The bung is in the center and welded on both sides. This construction remains safe and absolutly hygienic for decades.
